Architectural Model Making

At Modeltech, we offer an architectural model making service that brings together the right materials, colour and detail, to create a model that meets any design brief. There are many considerations before starting a model, such as scale and form and how much detail is required. Our gallery shows the range of model making so far. Some are large scale, and others smaller block form models that show a building as a concept.

There are many different materials that can be used for model making, such as aircraft ply, perspex, plywood, and acrylic. Models can be stained, or painted or left in the natural material, depending on the finish required. We have a few samples at our studio if you want to get an idea of the possibilities.
